To secure your appointment time, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This retainer is not an additional fee—it is applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment. I honor your time, and I ask that you honor mine. Please review the policy below: Cancellations & Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without any additional charges. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time, the card on file may be charged 20% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will automatically be charged the 20% fee as well. Retainer fees remain non-refundable but can be transferred once if rescheduling is done before the 48-hour window. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the same 20% late-cancellation fee.
